Back to the grind today. I haven't deadlifted in a couple weeks due to a sore lower back. Trying to be a little smarter training.
Bench 5/3/1 sets 5/3/1 week. 75%, 85%, 100% (5 reps PR)
Incline dumbbells 3x10
t-bar rows 3x10
Bench dips 3x12
Face Pulls 3x10
So far a lb of smoked brisket and a bowl of Brunswich stew
I have 3 chicken breast and a large salad for later
