Sunday and Tuesday Training

Took a little break from the blog this weekend. Between a big win for my beloved Clemson Tigers and just college football in general, I was glued to the TV most of the weekend. I did get in Sunday and finish up the squat cycle for the month.

Squats 5/3/1 75%, 85%, 95% (4 reps)
Good Mornings 135 lbs 3x10 very strict and as deep as I could go
Glute - Ham Raise 3 x10
Standing Abs 2 x 10 ( I was ready to go home and skipped a set)

Normal food and PWO

I am on my deload week now. This morning was Military Press

Military Press 3x5
Bench 3x10
Lever Machine Lat pull downs 3x 10
Tricep Pressdowns 100 reps very light weight
