Saturday Training

Quick update for the day. I have a ton of stuff to do but got my training in early.

Bench 5/3/1 3 x 5 65%, 75%, 85% Not good felt some shoulder issues flaring up
Incline Dumbbell press 3 x 8, 10,12
T-Bar Rows 3 x 8, 10, 12
Tricep push downs 3 x 10, 12, 10

Looking forward to a big lunch and then swinging by to see some of my MMA friends training. I also need to do some shopping.
