Saturday training

I have been getting a lot of rest lately. Pretty happy about that. Had a text from the high school student I mentor this morning and they won their game last night so my day started well.

Today was Bench Press day.
Bench 5/3/1 3x3 70%, 80%, 90%(4)
T-Bar Rows 3 x 12, added a quarter 10, 10
Tricep Press downs 3 x 12
Incline dumbbell press 3 x 10, 10, 15 (I got pissed off and repped it out)

PWO nutrition
Quart of Powerade Zero with Betagen and 10 grams BCAA

First meal sometime around 11.
